I was very upset that this company that I have been insured through since 1995 would treat me so poorly. They Insisted that they had to add my son to my policy, even though he did not live with me, and I no longer was his gaurdian.
They over charged me in excess of $186.00. And after many wasted hours being put on hold, and transfered round and round, they eventually promissed to correct the problem and either credit my account, or refund my money.
That did not happen, but guess what... They sent me another bill wanting even more money!
When I called them again to get it cleared up, they said they have no record of anyone ever saying it would get credited or refunded. They implied that I was a liar, and wouldnt let me speak. They kept cutting me off, and interupting me. They said they didnt care if I cancled my policy, or wether or not I reported them.
I know I'll never see my money, but people need to be warned. This used to be a decent company years ago. Not anymore. They treat there customers like shit. They just cant be trusted to do as they say. I tried and tried to work this issue out with them, but enough is enough! It's not the matter of the $ they stole from me, It's the way I was lied to and treated so poorly thats got me upset.
