Ripoff Lied forced neglected consumer denied withheld information

My Husband & I went to purchase a Used "wind Damaged Subaru "

We were told our credit was fine and we only needed to put down about $300.00 to cover first month payment and DMV fee's.

We got there and had the car we had came with donated to an Outreach program for children. The flatbed came and took it away. We were under the impression that we would be driving out of there in a Subaru. The salesman comes back and tells us that the credit score is not high enough to afford a Subaru.

Then he tells us to wait there a minute (where were we going without a car?)

Then he comes back and tells us he will sell us a 2002 Pontiac Grand AM GT - sure it's pretty - but not what we wanted.

They refuse to sell us anything else.

We had the car less than four weeks, broke down three times, and has been in the shop for about ten days now. They can't figure out what's wrong with it

We tell them we want to trade it for a used subaru they refuse

We wrote to the Attorney General and several lettes to the Curry Company.

So far nothing has been remedied and we are without a car!
