I was having a transmission problem with my 1996 Voyager Mini van. I took it in to the shop and they told me they didn't know what was wrong with it. And the next morning I received a phone call that they could not start my car. The day prior the car was running the computer system was even giving a diagnostic report for them. So after freaking for a minute I asked them why. They said my electrical was shorted. Needless to say this happen when they were messing around with my engine. You see as they were changing my headers they clipped my electrical against the metal. And shorted the whole system and did not want to replace it. So they charged me for all the work done and would not give me my van back until it was paid. Then once I got my van back. One week later I was having the same problem I went in for in the first place to find out it was my transmission. There were just Mounds of shredded metal in my transmission. I had to buy a whole new car as the costs for repairs would have been more than my car. I have a new car now. And I tell every one of my encounter. If I could fit this on a sign I would picket! THEY ARE THEIVES. And I am not the first victim.
