Barnes Auto Group North
I was sold a vehicle with a defective transmission, I only had the car for 2 years. And when I called Barnes Auto group to report it they just laughed

I bought a vehicle from barnes Auto group located at 2429 n. Cicero only about 2-3 months ago. Come to find out the car was not any good.

Since I had the car I have replace the brakes twice, had to get a tune up, had to get a gas filter, had to replace the oxygen censor and now the transmission has gone out. The car will not move, it won't go forward unless someone gives a push nor will it reverse.

My husband and I call to report the car to see if something can be done about this matter, the managers simply just laughed and said it is now in our hands.
