I Have had my account with cross country for only 3 months and already they have tried to charge me twice for late payments and twice for over the limit fees. I was over the limit due to their fraudulent charge on my account. This company has done the same thing to several family members and friends of mine also. I have spent over 60 hours on the phone in the last 3 months trying to deal with this company. I've tried the internet also and it just gets worse. I'm at the end of my rope and I'm tired of being screwed. HELP!!!
