Auto parts supplier delivers wrong parts, makes you return them, does not refund or return emails

Found them thru ebay. Emailed him and they said they had my part in stock. They sent the wrong one. I was told to return which I did. Waited several days after proof of return.

Emailed them several times and finally said they did not have the part. MANY more emails after this continue to go unanswered. I have NOT recieved a credit to my paypal account for the part and return freight. RIPOFF!

I should have heeded the warnings on ebay feedback and this website. Buyers stayaway - takes your money and runs. This guy should be in JAIL!
