0n 2/18/06 i purchased a 2000 malibu from jd byrider.in 2 days the car had to be returned due to serious problems. The sales manager tried to convence me that this is what happens when you purchase a used car, so I gave them a chance to fix it. I had to miss work, and guess what, the car was doing the exact same things!!! So I took it back and now they tell me that if they find any thing wrong with it they will put me in another car or give me my downpayment back. Of course, they found nothing wrong! So from there they began to use deceptive tactics to force you to keep a junk car. The majority of the complaints i see when i go there are women only!
This past time they called the police on the angry mob of women.
What do we do!!! Please do not purchase a car from this company or you will end up like me, with a damaged car that could break down at any minute, that is the same price as a new car but is only worth $700!!!
