I bought a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 on February 18th. I worked with Larry Wong, Wes and Chris. I wrote a check for the downpayment and they promised to hold it until March 10th, they deposited it on March 6th causing my a $20.00 over draft fee. Now, 3 weeks later, the truck is leaking oil and the brakes are sqeaking. Im over their 30 day/1000 miles warranty so they are unwilling to do anything about it. I spoke with Chris today (March 13th) and he said "You bought a used vehicle, sorry. Theres nothing we can do. As for the downpayment and the over-draft fee, if $20.00 is really that big of a deal to you then I can see about getting it for you but it will cost you more than that to drive up here and pick it up" THATS not my definition of customer service. I can't help but wonder how well a truck was checked over if they missed whatever could be causing the oil leak and the sqeaking brakes, when I spoke with the Nu Star mechanic he stated that he has the same truck and that his brakes sqeak also and that "if you spray them off with water they quit sqeaking for a few days" I'm guessing that this was what they did prior to selling the truck so that it wouldn't show up on a test drive. I will not buy from them again and I would NOT send anyone else to buy from them either.
