On December 7, I took my 98 Dodge 2500 truck in for brakes only, when it was all said and done I paid over $1,200 due to things that they said were required to be safe on FL roads. Half of the things they did I found out later were not needed. And they were also Drinking Beer while working on my truck and yes I have pictures of it.
I even sent the pictures to corp, go figure never heard anything about it.
Today 7/31/08 I took my truck in for front brakes (I was told that were covered under the Warranty. And to my surprise, NO Miss, your brakes are not covered due to the fact it is a 3/4 ton truck. WHAT??? I was reassured several times that they were. And today they said to fix my brake issues would be (are you ready for this price ticket???) $1,500.00. And if that is not bad enough, they will not warranty any of it.
I called a parts store to see how much the parts were if I were to do the job myself and... Only $550 for the parts.
