Ripoff Told there was nothing more she could do

We went with the barnone letter we got in the mail. Showed it to her and was told that we needed to fill out a new credit application. We told them about a few vehicles we saw on the website. She called us the next day said they had been sold. But she had a vehicle that would fit our needs. I called her and told her about another vehicle it was sold as well but she still had the other vehicle. So we agreed to check it out. We really liked it so we said okay. We got financed and left. Then noticed that the tag went out the next day so I had to go back to Austin (an hour away) to get the paper tag. Had to come back for our detail and free tank of gas which ended up being 1/2 of a tank because I had 1/2 a tank in it. I had a problem with the remote to unlock the doors.

I asked one of the sales guys and he shrugged his shoulders at me. I called her twice about it & so did my husband. She told my husband that there was nothing she could do to correct our problem. So I called the 1-800 number on the back of the remote found out it had water damage. They wanted 71.50 to send us another one. I called our local Ford house and they gave me one for a cheaper amount. All we wanted was for her to make it right but no there was nothing she was willing to do to help. All I can say is make sure that everything works before you leave and be on empty when you get that free tank of gas.
