Poor quilty and no customer service

I bought seat covers from seat covers plus for my excursion and a dash cover around July.

After waiting for 5 weeks to receive the product I went to install the covers. The middle seat is a 60/40 seat with a cup holder fold down. The cut out for the cup holder fold down was too small and the cover was torn around the cheap seam cover.

The bottom of the 60 part did not have a hole for the strap to pull the seat up.

The front seat has a fold down arm rest/cup holder. They sent a cover for it that was a 3rd to small and I do not believe even fits this year truck. It simply is not big enough to pull over the bottom of the seat.

The dash cover sits on the dash like a limp piece of felt. It will not match and does not stay down. They say to use Velcro but if you do they say it will ruin your dash and that they will not be responsible.

After two weeks of trying to talk to them and get things straightened out they sent a label for the return of just the top of the 60/40 and said the other things were ok.

I called to talk to the owner and got the "manager" who was rude on the phone and said she would go over the emails but would not give a time when she would get back.

Their product is junk. Their customer service is no existent; and they say you will lose if you dispute with the credit card company... Guess we will find out.

Do not use this company. Use cabales or another company.
