Chrysler Financial never reported the payoff on my 2004 Chrysler Seabring to the Credit Reporting Agencies. They left a balance of $9,000 on there for almost a year. When I pointed this out to them it took an additional 3 months for them to fix the problem. I had to argue my way through several levels of management just to get to someone that could fix the problem and throughout the whole process they were extremely rude and never expressed any kind of apology or reasoning for why this had happened. It's bad enough that they failed to do the right thing but what is more disturbing is their complete lack of respect and sympathy for a customer that they have wronged. Because of their behavior and unprofessionalism I will never purchase a Chrysler or have any kind of financing through their company.
