Three C repaired my car after an accident. The car is 3 months old. Two days after pick up it started rusting at repair site. They use touchup paint to repair it. There was paint runs and chips after that.
Returned to be fixed again. After that find spots where there was bare metal again more rust. Returned again.
They supposedly repaint one part of the car and went to pick it up. The whole side of the car had a white haze to it afterwards. They said that they had to buff it yet. Not once did they offer a replacement car until I asked.
Picked it up again, It looked good. One week later find more bare metal around the edges of the fenders and doors. Took it to another body shop for second opinion. They stated that Three C had burnt the paint with a buffer used on high speed. This was not only their areas they painted but also the 3 month old factory finish.
Returned again. Got a car for the second time from them and left mine. Next day was called to return and there was severe swirl marking on the whole car. The manager and painter told me it was a fact of life and go buy Turtle Wax. The finish on my car literally looks like a warped record in the daylight.
I took it to several body shops and Detail shops for more advice. Two body shops say the whole car needs repainted. The whole finish is ruined. One body shop says they may be able to polish it but with no guarntee that it wont return. A detail shop says that some of it can be taken out for $100.00 The body shops that say that it needs repainted estimate $4,000 damage. That is more than the initial accident damage to begin with. Also they used a paint guage to show me what they had painted on my car. They literally had not painted or replaced parts that my insurance company paid for. I had my grill which was undamaged in the backseat and the insurance company paid to have it replaced. That grill disappeared from my back seat and I assume it is on my car now.
Brought the estimates to the manager and was told he would have to talk to Bob Juniper "Owner". I was told to call him tomorrow but I would have a hard time getting a hold of him. I believe he is going to try to avoid me. I will try to make contact with him and see what happens. So far this company has lied to me repeatedly and has by no means performed a quality repair on my car. After 6 times returning in 1 month, the car gets worse and worse each time. I have tried to work with them as I know mistakes can be made, but any reputable decent business who "cared" would make this right. They have not and just make any excuse they can to not have to.
