I bought a 2002 van from alexander toyota. The salesman who helped us is no longer working there. When we brought the vehicle home we noticed there was snot all over the driver side visor and trash packed in the center console. I figured what ever.
So a week later we go through the car wash and the windshield is leaking! So I call my insurace company and it is covered in my policy, so I swept that one under the rug too. Then my tire goes flat and end up having to buy $400.00 worth of new tires, all 4 were bad and then within the next week I had to put rear shocks on because they were blown out (needs front shocks too.
Then my front brakes were making noise, so I fixed them. THEN the back brakes went out and finally called the dealership to see if they would help me out with them, just the back brakes. The manager told me that I should of bought a $30,000.00 vehicle instead of a $14,500.00 vehicle. Basically told me I was screwed and he would'nt help unless I wanted to buy a new van from them. Please use caution when dealing with these crooks. P.S. This all happened within 6 weeks of buying this van.
