I had ordered a car dash kit backed in November it was not dilevered. I called the company and they had claimed the items back from the postal offices.
I had asked for a full refund because I lost the confidence in their shipping and customer services (worrying re-shipping would just end up non-delivered).
They wanted to treat this as a return and charged me with the shipping costs as well as a 25% restocking fee. I did not agree because as a consumer I never even get to see/receive the product.
I am still waiting for a full refund from them for a never delevered product.
