I purchased an extended warranty for my Mer-Benz on 7/7 by phone from CAR CARE WARRANTY in Phoenix, AZ. I paid initial payment through my Visa Credit Card account. As agreed, I have the right to cancel the policy within the first week. Two days later, I called and cancelled the policy and sent a letter for cancellation but the company kept charging my account for four months without my knowledge. Since that time, I called more than twenty times and every time they tell me that we credited all your money back to your visa card. I sent them two certified letters but no response. The company up to this date have not refund my money back or issued a policy
