I contracted with Trusty Transport to ship my car from Rohnert Park, CA to Ridgefield, Wa. It was COD. Car arrived in Portland, about 15 miles from Ridgefield. Driver called to say the delivery truck was being repaired (yeah right) and could he drive my car to me. I said I didn't like it but I consented because I had a job interview. When car arrived, I saw that they had put 174 miles on my car! They had also spilled liquids all over the driver's seat, splashing it all over the floor, windshield, dashboard and driver's window. There was much mud on the passenger side floor. The passenger seat was almost in a full recline position, and I found a cigarette lighter on the passenger floor. I paid $450 cash, COD, instead of the $475. I kept $25 for the mess, but I should have withheld the full amount. I took some photos, including the odometer. ... You will see the dates of my complaints and Mr. Anderson's responses. This was a shoddy service and immaculate car, a 2003 Red Mustang, was trashed after they took it for a 174-mile joy ride. I then took the car for an oil change and was informed that the air pressure in all my tires was 14 pounds. This was not the case when the car left Calif. I am upset that these people drove my car that many miles. I contracted Trusty Transport so that no miles would be put on my car when I moved.

I've used Trusty Transport a couple of other times, but this time he contracted with Selena Trucking, and they are the culprits. But as I told Mr. Anderson, I contracted with TRUSTY TRANSPORT.
