Repair onething and now something else needs repairing that was working prefect corruption consumer fraud ripoff

I got my 96 buick century to pepboys at shop #0153. At 17050 D. WATTS. 57th ave. Miami FL. The vehicle was examined.
I had been told it required head gaskets also it might charge $1,743.25 I settled pep boys the cash.
I convinced that I'd enter my vehicle and push house with no issues but, simply to discover that today the indication isn't moving correctly.
it had been functioning correctly before pep boys done my vehicle. How do I show they trigger the sign issue.
