I received an email and quote for an engine and spoke with a sales person, Jason, who told me all I needed to know about the engine, I had my mechanic call Jason and ask questions concerning the engine. Jason had all the right answers and the engine was purchased on a check card. Two and a half weeks past before I received the engine and when it arrived it was not in the condition I was lead to believe. It had a 94 head on a 96 block and was missing transmission bolts and starter, missing a butterfly gasket on the intake manifold and the original bolts and appeared to be pieced together. I called the manager, Dina, and told her about the condition of the engine and was told that I was out of luck, basically. I ask to speak with the owner and was told that he was unreachable. I tried to make a good situation out of a bad, but my mechanic told me after two weeks of trying to get it ready for the install that it wasn't going to run. He had found that it was 180 degrees out of sink and performed a leak down test on the cylinders and it failed, the engine was not good. Upon investigation of the transmission, it was also not in good condition either. I once again contacted the manager to try to resolve this but was accused of installing the engine and "blowing it up". I have not had the engine a month yet and it has never been install, I have complained to Dina who is very uncooperative and makes no attempt at amends.
