After going to Just Brakes for a $99.00 brake job I was informed that I in fact needed $903.69 worth of work done to my front end and brakes. My car was unsafe to drive and that I needed it done now. Well like a fool I said ok. Less than 15000 mile later I started to have issues with my brakes, No problem I'll take it back as it's covered by the warranty (yah right).
Well I was in formed that I need pads, rotors, calipers and that they would do it for the bargain price of $ 295.89. I asked why so much work need done in less that 15000 mikes and was told by the Manager John he had no idea why but the repairs were necessary.
I said no and took my car to another brake center and was informed that I need no work done the noise I was hearing was brake dust and was asked if I came from Just Brakes because they get a lot of their customers. Boy do I wish I had found this web site $903.69 before.
I called their customer service department to inquire about this issue and spoke to Bob who either has to deal with these types of complaints all day or really screwed up bad and was transferred to the department because he not a very pleasant person and offered no help.
Tell as many people as you can about this company as I sure am. Ripoff!
