Had Aamco take my car to shop on saturday and talked to them on monday was asked what problem was I told them it was the flywheel and the torconvertor they then called back and told me tranmission was leaking and had to exam it closer not knowig that boyfriend had checked it before it broke down it read full
I told them i am on fixed income and not to go over $600.00 they told me they would keep it under that and then asked what my birthdate was not knowing that sealed a contract then i called state transmission they told me they would do it cheaper and to leave the transmision out and they would pick it up
I called aamco back and my boyfriend talk to them and they said it was already out and to come up with $350.00 and they would put it back in and he told them they don, t need to do that becuse state transmission would pick it up just like it sat he got angry and said i give you 2 options 1 you pay $350. And we put it back in or 2 you have us fix it and pay $1,080.00 for rebuilt transmission, torconvertor, flywheel, and rare main seal thats final!
Well i was stuck so my boyfriend told them he call them back after he talked to me well that night my boyfriend got a ride from his son and seen the car in there yard front facing the fence back towards the garage door and in front of another vehicle which told him it was driven not rolled out because the back of the car would be against the fence
My point is it was driven so i tried to work payment arrangement with them because i am on fixed income of $632.00 a month they told me to come up and we will talk knowing my boyfriend was at work well here comes the best part they took $600.00 left me with $32.00 pay $30.00 a week untill 1st of month then pay $441.48 balance while rent is not payed got notice no food no bills payed and car leaks oil after they even did rare main seal so nothing really got done right or maybe not at all i do not know i am not a machanic
