Ordered a fuel pump. They won't respond to phone calls or E-Mail. It has been two weeks, still no part

Ordered a fuel pump for a Isusu Rodeo 9/14/05. Gave them my credit card number on the phone. Said it would take 7 to 10 days for shipment. They withdrew there money 9/15/05. It has been over 2 weeks and still no part. Have called and left messages 4 times on there tracking service. Have E-Mailed 5 times asking for my part or my money. Have received no responce on the phone or their E-Mail. They have $167.00 of my money and I have no fuel pump.
