YourCarMovers has owed my a refund of $795 since July. I have made numerous attempts to contact them. They only have one person who handles refunds and she contiuously puts me off. Today I was told she was having computer problems. When I tried to question why it had taken so long. She became very rude. Spoke over me the whole time I was trying to talk and finally hung up on me when I asked to speak to the owner of the company. This company operates under several names. The ones I have found are Door to Door Transportation, YourCarMovers.com and my credit card was billed from Lightning Transport. There is not an address or local phone number on any of these websites. I was able to find it after some research on line and reported them the Better Business Bureau in Orlando, FLorida.
