I contacted Lake Country Chevrolet to see about financing on a vehicle and informed the salesman what I was looking for. He told me he would see what he could do and check his inventory. He called me back later that day and told me to come over. I asked him why he wanted me to come over and he said to buy a vehicle. I aksed him how it looked and he said it looked good. I assumed from that he had ran my credit and had a car I was looking for. After driving the 70 miles to Muskogee and arriving at the lot we realized he did not have the vehicle that we were looking for in stock and that he had not ran our credit.
We told him we wanted low payments and he said he could do it. He then told us our credit was not good enough to get what we wanted and he wanted us to settle for something way cheaper and not near as nice. We then left and went to another lot to see what they had to say and it turned out that Lake Country Chevrolet had ran our credit so many times that it hurt our credit score which they never informed us of. I will never go back and I will never recommend them to anyone because of their dishonesty. That is my opinion of their business.
