The above company working with columbis house promise me a $50.00 gift certificate for joining columbia house. I have fullfilled my contract olbgations back in july. I have yet to recieve my Gift certificate. Upon contacting this company. I was told that they could not find my e-mail address and thier company files and therfore will not be sending me my $50.00 gift certificate.
My brother Thomas dearth also joined at the same time and has not yet to recieved his $50.00 gift certificate either. I'm seeking only for the compay to redeem my brother and myself the $50.00 gift certificate that was promise too us for joining the columbis house dvd club.
