My first dealing with these people was horrible. I bought a pre-owned ford certified vehicle. On the way home I noticed a shimmy in the front end while stopping. I immediatley called the sales man. He told me to bring it back on Monday. I brought it back on monday paid it off completely. And found out the front brake rotors had to be turned. This is a preowned certified vehicle with 10,00 miles on it. I did not think they inspected it at all. I sat there for five hours. I watched the mechanic stop twice and talk to another mechanic for forty five minutes. He did this twice. So you have two mechanics talking for a total of three hours (one and a half each) At $75.00 Per hour who is paying for this talk time. Than I recieved a $250.00 gift certificate. I took it in for the hell of it. I then recieved a gift certificate for the racing store. Nascar Items. The shipping and handling charges are attrotious. Five dollars per purchase not per shipment but per purchase. So that even if purchase many small items and they get shipped at the same time you pay $5.00 per Item. This is so you don't order any thing. And they don't have to pay for anything. Thank you for being here to make every body aware.
