Ted Ciano's sold me a Jeep that turned into a nightmare. When they still could not fix the problem after two months they refused to refund my money. They lied time and time again regarding how they always ensure the customer is satisfied but when it came to any real action, all they wanted to do was take even more money from me. I ended up buying yet another car from them because they would only credit my original purchase price against another of their cars. That broke down on the way home from dropping off the check for the balance of the cost of the car. It had to be towed less than 45 minutes from the time it was paid for! Their response for the additional cost to me??? THAT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM! Seriously, I would not recommend anyone buy anything from these lying cheats.
