I paid my auto loan off, and Capitol one refuses to refund $117.58, that they owe ME. I intend to make a federal case out of this as if there are 1,000 people out there that they are screwing out of refunds. This Bank is getting rich. Their interest loans a few years would have amounted to loan sharking and be investigated by the FTC, and the FBI as organized crime.
