Please do not shop for a new or used vehicle here!
They will rip you off and anxiously await for you to sign on the dotted line, but refuses any type of help when you come to their dealership with a problem. I have left several messages regarding my LEMON 2003 Ford Focus ZTS that I bought used.
On one occasion I called concerning when they were going to take out my payment because I have the SmartNote payment plan. They debit my payment every two weeks, always on a Friday. I lost my paperwork and I only had my car for two months because I put a $1,000.00 down payment and I gave the full payment in March.
So April rolls around and I loose my paperwork. I call asking when they will take out the payment and the girl (WestWay employee) told me the 15th. Well, on the 13th (a Friday) the payment gets taken out and I am stuck with $65 NSF Fee! I call and Brandon with WestWay (total jerk from financing!) and he told me they will have a check sent out immeaditaly.
Well August is here and no check!!! He often makes excuses and ended up saying, "well it got lost, I have to go now, bye." &*^%$%!
Please let's rally and picket WestWay!!
