Our car was sent in for a routine maintenance. Flushing, oil change, spark plugs. When we got the car back it was running aweful and then broke down on us.By the time we got it back from the mechanic (not them) we had over $1400 invested in fixing what they broke but we can't prove. Of course.
Later in the week we had to change the spark plugs AGAIN and the car ran better than ever. So we spoke with the manager Jay and he made us feel belittled and stupid stating they did nothing wrong. The only thing we were asking for was a refund on the spark plugs! A mere $60 out of the $240 we spent at this place. And they acted like we were in a court of law trying everything to disprove us. The plugs were bad and we gave them back to Jay and told him to put them in his car since he felt they were new.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I personally work in the customer service area and this manager needs a class or two on how to treat people.
