Belton Ford Ripoff cheats, fixed one problem causing anothe

The 2002 Kia Van I looked at to purchase at Foothills Ford, Had only a few minor issues But the multi point inspection the vehicle had recived gave me some peace of mind. It had everything working properly except the sunroof slide, spungy brakes and the Video system. After ironing out a price and having them fix the video system and agree to adjust the brakes, the papers were signed on 18 July.

When I took delivery of the van on 19 July The had fixed the Video System but the the air condition no longer worked. I called my sales person Tracy Blalock who was ever so unhelpful! First, she said they would check it when they fixed the brakes. I droped it off that night (first in line for the early bird service).

The service manager Mickey contacted me at 4:00 pm the next day, telling me that they did not know what I needed them to do, the shop was not air conditioned, he had a few technitions out and, my sales person Tracy never talked to them.

Two more days went by before getting the van back the brakes were fixed but there is still no A/C. I was told that I would have to take it to the Kia Dealership and file it aginst the extended warranty i just purchased form FootHills. It may or may not cover it, the least I can exspect to pay is the $100.00 deductible on the Warranty.

The Kia Dealership can not give me an appointment until August 8.20 Days after the problem started. Calls to Foothills have not been returned. What a RIP-OFF!!!
