The company represented that my vehicle would be transported from point A in California to point B at their terminal in Evanston, IL within ten (10) from time of pick-up.
The vehicle was picked-up on June 21 and until today, July 7 the vehicle still has not been delivered.
I have called numerous times to try to resolve the matter. A representative by the name of Mark asked that I send an email to lodge my complaint. This was sent on June 29th and there has been no response from the company or Mark.
I then called Mark again on June 30th and he represented that I would have the vehicle delivered by Friday, July 8th. I have inquired on July 7th and 8th regarding the delivery and now I am being told that it may be delivered on Sunday, July 10.
The amount of $770.00 was paid upfront for an expedite service which entailed guaranteed delivery within 10 days from the date of pick-up. I have not been offered a refund. I have not been given accurate information.
Furthermore, I have requested to disclose the precise location of the vehicle so that I may pick it up myself. When this is requested I get the run-around and the information is not given.
