I work with a credit union in Phoenix, AZ. I am the Collections Manager and thus deal with a lot of repossessed cars for the credit union. We have had multiple dealings with this company - none of which have been good. They do not keep records - they are unreachable and as far as my experience with them - unscrupulous! They have changed ownership hands several times and thus far, we have lost 2 cars to their system. Luckily, Arizona has a lovely Statute in it's Criminal Code that allows us to report these vehicles stolen after a certain number of days delinquent. This has been the only way we can get this company to respond. We are currently looking for a 3rd vehicle that the newest owners, themselves, were driving around in. They have closed up their store front, changed all their numbers and have dissapeared with our vehicle.
Anybody that has dealings with the company may contact me for further informaition or to share information.
I welcome the input.
