Ripoff. Don't return phone calls. Lies. I feel cheated.insufficient service for cost of coverage

Ripoff. 7 weeks have passed and they have not begin processing my claim for an accident I was in with damages over 6,500 dollars. Dragging their feet so my coverage expires.
