I went to lund cadillac on 3-28-05 and spoke to a fred flores salesman on a new hummer 2005 and told him i had bad credit. Well he took my credit app and told me he would call me in a couple of days. He would run it and let me know if i can get financed.
He asked what i had down. I told him 30,000. He seemed surprised and anxious and told me he would call. On 3-31-05 he called me and encouraged me to go there he can do the deal. So i did. He said they were eager to move the hummer. Its the end of month and they need to reach their numbers (quota). I drove off that night after paying them and signing the paperwork. I was told i would get an interest rate of 12.9 percent.
Well its 3 weeks later and i have no loan and my credit is being bashed with over 12 inquires of them sending my info off to various people to get a loan. I have over 2500 miles on the vehicle and john scotellaro in financing assured me if they couldnt get the deal done they would refund all 30,0000 doesnt matter what mileage it is but they Wont put that in writing.
My salesman fred stop working there a couple says after the sale and tthis whole thing is real bad. I cant even get gap insurance to cover me on the pay off if someone hits me. My insurance company wont sell it untill they get a leinholder name. Ive asked 3 times to return the vehicle and give me a full refund but John promised a loan would happen.
Well its 3 weeeks going on the 4th week and I am now sending a compliant to the better business bureau and if i dont hear anything good of either (a loan finished or a full refund of my 30,0000 and give them back the vehicle_ then i will be forced to go to the local press with this mis treatment.
Lund get my loan through or give me my money back and take your car how long are we gonna see if i can get a loan u should have known the first few days!!!
