This lowlife thieving auto auction company is at it again. I have received reports of threatening and demeaning behavior of auction personnel who harass and intimidate buyers at the auction.
One person writes that she spent $3,000 on a vehicle that broke down the day she got it-bad engine and transmission. Of course the company sold her a guarantee that they would not honor.
A previous customer has also written to me and related that City Public Auto auction personnel sold her one vehicle, then switched vehicles, leaving her with an inferior model. This is all consistent with I had previously reported about this company.
I'm filing a small claims court action against this company, and it's registered Illinois Agent Waleed Shakir.
The Illinois Attorney general has shut this foul operation down at least once before; this scum uses cowardly off duty police who hide their badge #'s and id's while threatening you with arrest. I hope you punks read this and try to sue-come on, I, m begging you.
For anyone else that has been gypped by City Public Auto Auction, the registered agent is Waleed Shakir of 9710 Ravinia Court Orland Park Ill Secretary of State #57976101. Sue their rotten corrupt asses!!!
