I took my car to have body work at MAACO. The gentleman there, mike, and his staff were very professional and careful to communicate effectively and do a good job.
It all broke down when completion of the job became dependent upon Steve Evitts and his auto parts staff at Russel & Smith Honda.
Over a 2 day period—they failed at least 3 times to get a type of conductor to the body shop—it was stored improperly, the employee sent the wrong one etc.
They kept saying—We'll get it right there! Maybe I'm naive but I believed this and had to sacrifice a job based on their promises.
I called to talk to them about it, and a gentleman named Brant said—'That's just the way it is. We make mistakes, we're human, we've made 'em before, we're gonna make 'em again. We're sorry"
