Difeo Nissan, Service Dept has deceptive business practices. They charged me 401.13 to clean my fuel injector. I said clean, not replace. The Service rep said he could not quote me a price until he could look at the car. Difeo charges 135.00 non-refundable charge for hooking up the computer. So if I decided not to have the service I would loss the 135.00
They had me by the balls. It was Friday and I needed the car.
I got to the Service Dept. And found out that there was only 52.40 in parts, 327.50 in labor
and tax 21.23. I wanted to speak to a manager
but it was 5:30 and they had left for the day.
Called the service manager Jeff Jamison, and who didn't help at all. He tranfers me to John Veli. Service Rep. This guy had the personality of a wet noodle.
Anyway called All Brand Nissan and Hackensack Nissan they both quoted for the same work was 267.00 for the same work. Difeo rob me.
