I sure wish I knew about this website before I did business with S&J auto parts. I too filled out a part request online at a company called findparts.com. I believed they were BBB verified.
I ordered some parts for the business and was told the parts would be here in about 2-3 weeks. After a month we got worried and started calling. At first it was the usual let me check and call you back, but when no call back and I called back, it was a part had to come from a different place as they didnt have the whole order.
Well, of course they had already taken the money out of the account as they were given a debit card and now when I call it is the order is sent and They will call us back with the tracking number. This game has been going on over 2 weeks now and I am ready to consult an attorney.
I have reported to better business bureau too but I now see that they are on that list too. I should have checked first I will not stop til they are out of business
