Car was moved to a "terminal" prior to shipment where it sat without moving for 21 days in defiance of all advertising which cited the outside limit of wait at entry terminal of 7-10 days. This added at minimum 11 days to car rental costs.
When car arrived it had been HEAVILY vandalized. Factory installed parts were ripped from the vehicle.
Repeated letters with company return the same advertising BS about how great they are.
Stay clear of them. Bad, bad, bad.
