I bought a truck from midway chevrolet. Leaving the lot the gas gage stopped working.
The next morning on my way to work the check engine light came on.
I went back to the dealer, less than 24hrs after the purchase. They refused to take back the vehilce and only responded with, "We'll sue you. You have to pay! It's your vehicle now"
They agreed to fix certain things, and only diagnose other things. I set a date to bring in the vehicle.
1 day before that date the transmission blew out.
Now, they don't want to fix the truck. They do however want me to purchase a different truck from them in order to continue my loan. This is how they plan to ammend the problem. See my problem here?
