Finance sold me an unsafe vehicle and refused to negotiate settlement

I purchase a 1995 Chrysler LHS from the south lot on May 4. I should have sensed that something was amiss when our conversation was taped at the signing of the papers. Is this normal? It seems now like someone was trying to cover the sale. I let this pass because of a previous good experiences with your company in the past. Shortly after this transaction, the manager I was dealing with was nowhere to be found and I was told that he was no longer at this lot. Since I have not seen him at the north lot either, I guess that was not the whole truth.

To the point. Since purchasing this car a little over 4 months ago, the following has transpired.

1. The ABS system relay was replaced
2. The front brake pads were replaced
3. The left front wheel came off and damaged the front suspension and tore up the left front fender. Had to have it TOWED to Three Rivers Auto Repair where repairs were made
4. Upon complaining of the rough shifting of the transmission, It was checked and found to be O.K.
5. Fuel pump stopped working. Had to have it TOWED to Three Rivers Auto repair where it was replaced.
6. Drivers seat broke. Three Rivers Auto could not repair
7. Complained to Summit Transmission about their assessment of the transmission. Took representative for a ride and showed him the rough shifting. According to his on board sensor it was O.K. And that was it.
8. Complained to you about the front suspension being loose and you had me take it to Three Rivers Auto Repair again where the left half-shaft was replaced.
9. Transmission mount was replaced
10. Ball joint was replaced STILL THE INITIAL COMPLAINT OF THE FRONT SUSPENSION BEING LOOSE WAS NOT CORRECTED!
11. A rumble sound came from the engine compartment and lots of white vapor came rolling around the hood into the air. My wife was driving so I had it TOWED AGAIN to Three Rivers Auto Repair where they could not find anything wrong with it!!!
12. Since that time it has done the same thing two more times. I cannot use the air for very long because of the concern of what might be going on under the hood.
13. The transmission is still jerking and is very rough when shifting down, especially from high gear to low at stop signs.
14. The left front wheel bearing has expired and been replaced

What's next?

After driving and owning cars for nearly 50 years, my guess is that the following will probably occur very soon.

1. The air conditioner will go completely out
2. The transmission will fail. It is doing the exact same thing that my Chrysler mini-van did just prior to it's transmission failing.
3. The front suspension will finally show it's defect and cause an accident
4. I will continue to drive this car with a broken seat and a damaged fender.

This car has been in the repair facility way too many times in four months and having it towed three times is way beyond normal. You have gone beyond the written warranty on this car and it is greatly appreciated but you have never returned my phone calls or called to see if the repairs made were satisfactory. I hope this is just an oversight on your part and not the way Instant Auto does business because AT THIS STAGE THIS HAS BECOME AN ISSUE OF SAFETY!

This situation could have been resolved but will not because of buyer beware.
