Sales kid keeps money for down payment - no reinbursment ripoff

I was in the process of purchasing a car out of state, after I signed the paper work I learned that I would not recieve the car for almost another 2 weeks. I canceled the loan and the sales person, who looks like he is 12, kept the money that I had to give for a down payment. I have still not recived any reinbursment for the down payment and he hangs up on me when I call. Whatever you do do not purchase a vehicle from this place they are all liars, and they do not work for the cutomer.
