Diah Hamed is the owner of Mohegan Auto Tire Center in Shub Oak, off Route 6. His cars are all damaged and have big problems. He waxes the cars and clears the codes, which are a telltale sign for the owner that there are big problems. Then the codes come back on and he plays stupid and says he did not know.
