The driver of PCL 9723 which happens to be a Prado Vehicle is a rude, despicable, and obnoxious driver. My vehicle was parked properly and this rude and obnoxious driver who happens to be a police officer who was dressed in plain clothes came up in his vehicle and insisted that I should not park where I was parked. I learned that he was a police officer because when I moved my vehicle a little distance away from his and his vehicle eventually parked not too far from my vehicle a person who saw the incident involving this policeman's extremely abusive rudeness came up to me when I got out of my vehicle and told me that the driver of PCL 9723 was in fact a plain clothes police officer. I came close to where he was parked and saw his vehicle registration number and committed it to memory so that I could later on write it down.
This plain clothes police officer was extremely obnoxious, rude, nasty, and abusive and as such I am posting a report about this here so that others will know that this particular person has an abusive attitude problem and indeed should not even be in law enforcement far less operate as a civilian if his behavior is despicable, obnoxious, and indeed rude like this in an extreme form and way.
