Card charged after the order was cancelled, bank dispute

Horrible company. They charged my Visa after I cancelled my order. I cancelled after reading all of the negative reviews. Bloomstoday assured me the order had been cancelled. However, the charges went through on my account & now I have a dispute through my bank. Huge hassle.
