Bloomex Australia is a shocking company.
So today is valentines day. Beautiful dinner with the most beautiful girl:) Bloomex, even though I ordered the roses 10 days ago, and took out a small loan to pay for them, you failed to deliver them to my partner today, our first valentines day and you had the hide to say they would get delivered tomorrow instead because you were busy today!!!
I called all day to find out when they would be deliverd, you answred 3 times, and asured me they would be delivered. And then wouldn't answer your phones after 4.45pm!.
My partner stayed at work until 5.20pm waiting for the delivery i had to tell her about at 4.45pm when she should have been leaving. I feel sorry for the person who answers the phone tomorrow!
