Originally being from NY (and with all of my family still there currently) I was worried that my car purchasing experience was going to be a hassle, to say the least. However, that was before I found Off Lease Only, and called to speak with a sales/finance staff member. Lori was the one to answer the phone, and since then, she has made this experience into a happy, exciting and fun one, instead of all the negative things I thought it would be. After speaking with her on the phone, she started doing paperwork before we even stepped into the store, i was pleasantly surprised. She had everything ready and waiting for us when we arrived (coming from Tampa, it was a 3 hour drive and she knew that, and accommodated us so well for it, we test drove the car almost instantly. Realizing it wasn't the one for me, she helped us look through our options until we found the perfect fit - an Audi A4. This is the first car that I've bought post college, as a now working woman, and Lori helped make this an amazingly, unforgettable experience. THANK YOU LORI from being a fellow NYer like me, for being so nice and not pushing anything on us and for being an absolute AMAZING PLEASURE to have worked with all day. Love ya girl!
