I ordered an alternator for a 2000 Daewoo on 12/14/04 with the promise from S&J Auto Parts that it would arrive on 12/19/04. I scheduled to have the car repaired at a local repair shop for the following day 12/20/04. To date 1/13/05 I have never received a part. I have called S&J Auto Parts multiple times to no avail. The secretary/operator passes you to the 'parts' person, and the parts person says that you need a shipping number. Well, they will not provide a shipping number.
I never received the part, but they had no problem placing a charge on my credit card. I am disputing the charge because they basically took my money, and never provided any goods.
Due to time restraint I had to purchase the alternator at a different facility.
