Hustlers and Crooks - Samsung HDTV Plasma 3d PN64dn8000

I bought a new Samsung 64" TV just before Christmas. The salesman talked me into buying this particular model and he assured me it would be covered by warranty. It was wrapped by the warehouse staff as I waited. At one point, I asked the warehouse people if it was okay that they carried the TV flat and horizontal as opposed to upright and vertical as I thought it might flex the glass. Well, LO and BEHOLD! I unwrap the TV at home and it has flexural breaks in the glass! I called The Brick 3 times and finally just showed up with the TV at the SUNRIDGE Location in Calgary. After having me wait for over an hour (you just have to love their concept of "Customer Service") I was brought into the store manager's office. He proceeded to show me the warehouse surveillance tape wherein it shows the warehouse staff carrying the TV the WRONG WAY! He informs me that they do this all the time and he cant prove that I did not damage the TV! Unbelievable! He accused me of damaging the TV when you can see his warehouse staff causing the damage by carrying the TV the wrong way! He then tells me that there is nothing he will do and it is my fault. Oh - My — God!!! I thought my brain was going to explode. I called The Brick's headoffice in Edmonton and no one would reply. I emailed them, no reply. I can not believe that I was treated that poorly and that a company like Samsung would want a company like The Brick selling their product. So it is now June (over 6 months later) and still I have an useable Samsung TV sitting in my basement.
